14-Day Technical Guarantee
1. Nature of Digital Deliverables
Because PixelVault provides immediate, irreversible digital downloads of software files, project archives, and presets upon payment verification, purchases are non-refundable once downloaded, except as specified under our Technical Guarantee.
2. 14-Day Technical Guarantee
If a purchased product is corrupted, missing advertised files, or technically incompatible with the explicitly supported software versions listed on the product specifications, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.
3. Entitlement Revocation
When a refund is approved by our administration, all associated digital entitlements and download tokens for that order are automatically revoked on the server.
