How do I download the digital assets after purchase?
Immediately upon payment completion, you are redirected to the order receipt page where direct ZIP download links are generated. You can also revisit "My Downloads" in your customer dashboard at any time to re-download eligible files.
What is the difference between Standard, Commercial, and Extended licenses?
The Standard License covers 1 personal or commercial client project. The Commercial License covers unlimited commercial client work. The Extended License covers resale in software applications, website themes, or print-on-demand merchandise.
Do you support payments from Bangladesh and international cards?
Yes! We support global Visa, Mastercard, and American Express transactions through Stripe, as well as Bangladeshi mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and local bank cards through SSLCommerz.
What software versions are required for your video transitions and LUTs?
Our LUT packages are provided in standard .CUBE format compatible with DaVinci Resolve 17+, Adobe Premiere Pro 2022+, Final Cut Pro X, and CapCut Desktop. Transition project files are optimized for Premiere Pro 2024 and DaVinci Resolve 19.
What is your refund policy for digital assets?
Because digital goods are delivered instantly, purchases are generally final. However, we honor a 14-day technical guarantee if a file is demonstrably defective or incompatible with the listed software versions.
Are minor product updates free?
Yes! Whenever a creator updates an asset with bug fixes, additional formats, or new components, you can re-download the latest version from your dashboard at no additional charge.
